How many drawings can we include?
One tea towel can contain any number of drawings from small groups to large groups. We would recommend not exceeding 400 portraits in one design. Mainly because it will mean each drawing is printed very small. For groups with numbers over 200 we suggest you draw faces only. You can choose to split the groups into their classes, year level or Junior & Senior groups. If you do decide on more than one design remember that each unique design requires a min. order of 30.
When is a good time to do a fundraiser?
NOW! They make a wonderful keepsake for children and are popular gifts for parents, grandparents, relatives and friends.
Can we order more than just tea towels?
Yes. We can use your drawings to create unique designs for use on tea towels, aprons and bags. See the price lists for minimum order numbers.
What are your standard colours?
We can print any colour you desire. However our most popular choices are red, purple, green and blue.
Yellow is available, but we don’t normally recommend using it because it prints very light on white tea towels.
Can we do a design without drawings?
Yes, we can create a design using your crest, logo, a sketch, signatures, class lists or a special quote/saying. It can be as imaginative, creative or as simple as you like. Let our designer help you design something really unique and memorable. If you have an idea our graphic designer can help you bring it to life.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for each separate design is 30. The majority of our fundraisers achieve order numbers much higher than this. Please note that if you are doing more than one design, (eg. Class A & Class B, each unique design will be treated individually in regard to pricing and minimum orders).
How long does it take?
Allow up to 6 weeks from the time you post us your artwork to delivery. In term 4 allow an extra 2 weeks, due to the huge Christmas demand. The final layout will be ready for you to check and approve 1-2 weeks after we receive your artwork, in term 4 allow for 2 weeks. When the artwork is in your hands it is up to you how long you take to get back to us with changes or an approval. Once approved, they will be dispatched within 2 working weeks. You will then need to allow time for delivery by courier from Sydney, NSW. If you have a deadline to meet, or live in a country or remote area, let us know ASAP.
Can we reorder?
Yes. Reorders are available anytime at your original purchase price; for example if you originally purchased 200 tea towels at $7.50 each, your reorder will be charged at $7.50 each.
What colours can we print in?
We can print in any colour that you want. We have suggested a few of our most popular colours above, but are happy to print any other colour, even match a specific colour if required. Our prices are all based on a single colour prints, if you need any additional colours used, please request a quote.
How are the drawings positioned?
The pictures can be placed in either landscape or portrait format. When we receive your drawings on A4 paper, we will scan in your pictures and lay out the drawings for you, adding your group’s name and logo to your specifications. We take the fuss out of choosing borders and fonts, these are chosen on your behalf. You are always welcome to request anything unique. We usually arrange the pictures into groups of the staff and classes. They are arranged in the best way possible to ensure all drawings are equally sized and as large as possible. For repeat customers we keep consistent layouts.
What are the tea towels like?
Our large white tea towels are 100% cotton, measuring 50cm x 70cm. If you require linen or linen/cotton tea towels please contact us for a quote.
What are the aprons like?
Our high quality adult size aprons (85x70cm) are made to order and are available in white, bottle green, black, red, navy and burgundy.
What borders can we use?
We use a few standard borders, our graphic designer chooses these and keeps them simple to make sure the design/drawings are the main focus of your fundraising product. If you want something specific, there will be no extra charge for creating your own unique border. This could be anything from a specific icon, text of school details, animals or something completely unique.
When and how do we pay?
An invoice will be sent via email at the time your order is dispatched. Payment is due after you have received your order and all accounts are strictly 7 days. Payment is accepted by cheque or EFT.

What are the bags like?
Our sturdy bags (40x45cm, 10cm gusset, 55cm handles) are available in black, navy or white. We have them made specially for us in quality 100% cotton drill.
