Once we have your details we will send you a start up kit with all the resources and instructions you need to get started.
Begin Promoting
While you compile all of the drawings, we recommend you start promoting the product to get orders in early.
Send to us
Once most, or all of the drawings, are finalised please send all drawings to Cap Fundraising Solutions. We will confirm via email once we receive the drawings, and begin designing to layout.
Artwork proof
Our dedicated in-house design team will quickly get working on preparing a proof for your approval. Awesome you are nearly done!
Final sign off
Confirm your order numbers and artwork is ready for print. Our production team will print in the colour of your choice, and despatch within 7-10 working days.
Delivery of goods
Once you receive your goods please be kind enough to ensure it is to your satisfaction. Last but not least please finalise payment, and don’t forget to spread the word.
We suggest that you stock hat and shirts year round, so that parents can purchase at times to suit their budgets and needs. It's a great idea to have clothing items available at Information Night and Enrolment Day so that kids can start their year, proudly wearing their new shirt and hat. For the cooler months we supply long sleeved shirts and sweatshirts. Don't forget that we can also supply adult sizes for the staff and helpers.

For our special fundraising clients, we suggest a markup of $3.00 to $5.00
